At Casa, you can create a casually elegant lifestyle that suits you perfectly. You have a maintenance-free, worry-free lifestyle that lets you fill your days with what you want to do instead of what you have to do. It’s all up to you.
“Why should retirement slow us down?” Pat G.

Life Plan Communities, also known as continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), are senior living communities that provide several lifestyle options to fit your needs and the way you want to live. This includes a range of services, amenities, wellness programs and activities, all designed to help you stay healthy and independent for as long as possible. Most importantly, Life Plan Communities provide residents with access to high-quality health care at fees that offer a substantial savings. As your health needs change, you have the appropriate level of support. At Casa, we offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, In Home Care, and rehabilitation.
Monthly fees for residents include use of all community amenities, as well as personal services such as flat linen service, housekeeping and all utilities.
Residents pay for their own telephone service, internet service, medications, therapies, outside medical bills and personal expenses. We offer cable at a discounted rate through Spectrum.
You may choose In Home Care, a personal care service from our trained, vetted caregivers who provide assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, transportation and more. This is a separate expense outside of your monthly fees.
Pets are permitted in all independent and assisted living residences at Casa. We have two dog parks on campus, and are right across the street from a larger dog park in the Rancho Bernardo Park. When you visit, please speak with a marketing representative to find out more.
