San Diego Retirement Community
Many seniors feel that they aren’t ready to move into a continuing care independent retirement community for several reasons. Here are some of the most common concerns that we address every day…

“I don’t want to give up my home.”
At Casa de las Campanas you don’t have to give up the comforts of owning your own private home. Rather, you relinquish some of the day-to-day homeowner activities that can be a time-consuming and stressful burden.

You also have the added comfort of on-site maintenance and security. This means that whether you are away on a trip or need emergency medical assistance in your home, our professional assisted living staff is here 24-hours a day, to assure that you and your home are safe and secure.

“I am still independent and in good health.”
With an ever-growing number of events and activities to choose from, Casa is a community full of healthy and active seniors who are ready to experience it all.
By joining the Casa community you aren’t giving up your independence. Casa’s continuing care retirement lifestyle simply creates an atmosphere that gives you more freedom to do the things you enjoy most in life.

In the event of a health challenge, it’s reassuring to know a full range of high-quality care is available to you – from short-term rehabilitative therapies and assisted living to long-term care and special care for those affected by dementia and other cognitive needs.

“I am concerned about the cost.”
A variety of floor plans and financial options make it easy and affordable to come home to Casa de las Campanas. And, to assure that you remain in control of the financial aspects of your retirement, we offer two distinctly different financial options. Both provide the kind of assurance that gives you and your family confidence for the future. What’s more, at Casa your satisfaction is guaranteed! If during the first 90 days of residency you’re not completely satisfied with your decision, we’ll refund your entrance fee, minus a small processing fee. No questions asked. Furthermore your decision to move to a CCRC type "A" means your assets are protected by unforeseen nursing care costs because a type "A" CCRC includes unlimited nursing care.

Casa is a Continuing Care Retirement Community; consequently, its extended program is dedicated to the enhancement of its residents’ health and well being. We are more than your typical San Diego residential community.

Built into your entrance and monthly service fees are:

* Availability of nursing care in an on-site Health Center for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

* Guaranteed Assisted Living in a residential apartment with on-call 24-hour staff support, at no addition to the monthly service fee.
